Delivered as open space
Finished floors and power and plumbing connections. Build it out yourself, or have it delivered finished to your plan — an option we can price for you.
Parking
One reserved parking space, with more available by the month. The front row stays free for visitors.
Storage
One storage unit in the garage.

Shared boardroom and kitchen
On the upper level, for larger meetings and presentations.
Common-area fee
One monthly fee covers water, common-area Wi-Fi, cleaning of the common areas and bathrooms, Pedregal security, exterior and common-area lighting, the boardroom, association fees, property taxes and sewage.
Rent and term
Rent is quoted in US dollars and paid in pesos at a fixed yearly exchange rate. Terms from 1 to 5 years, with a deposit of one month's rent. Ask us for a proposal.
Security
Pedregal's guarded gates and 24-hour patrols cover the plaza.
Where it is
Unit 205 highlighted on the architect's upper-level plan. The open-air atrium runs through the middle of the floor; the terrace is along the east side.
